Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love everything you buy from DanielaZagnolli.com! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will be happy to offer you a refund or an exchange. Returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of your purchase and must be in its original condition and packaging. Opened, used, washed or damaged items cannot be accepted for return.

To request for a return or exchange, please simply send us an e-mail. A customer service representative will respond to your request shortly.

All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. If you are returning due to damage, defect or if you received an incorrect product, a prepaid return label will be provided. For your security, please ship your return with an insured courier (e.g., UPS, USPS, Fedex) and retain your receipt. Daniela Zagnolli is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
